摘    要:目的观察中药菟丝子总黄酮对大鼠睾丸细胞氧化损伤和凋亡的保护作用。方法测定丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、活性氧(ROS)等氧化损伤指标,原位末端标记(TdTmediateddUDPXnickendlabeling,TUNEL)法检测睾丸细胞凋亡。结果不同剂量的菟丝子总黄酮可抑制无血清培养所诱导的大鼠睾丸细胞氧化损伤和凋亡,且其作用具有剂量依赖性,以500mg·L-1最明显。结论菟丝子总黄酮是一种有效的抗氧化剂,具有抗氧化、抗凋亡的作用。

Abstract:Aim To study the effect of Semen Cuscutae flavonoids on oxidative damage and apoptosis of rat seminiferous tubule cells. Methods Detecting apoptosis cells was performed by TUNEL methods and oxidative damage index such as MDA, T-AOC and ROS. Results Semen Cuscutae flavonoids could inhibit testis cells oxidative damage and apoptosis, the effect is dose dependent and the most significantly in 500 mg·L -1. Conclusion Semen Cuscutae flavonoids are effective antioxidants, which can inhibit apoptosis and oxidation of testis cells.
