2006～2008年我院口服降糖药的应用分析

目的了解该院近3年来口服降糖药的临床利用现状,为临床用药提供参考。方法统计医院药品信息管理系统中近3年（2006-2008年）所有口服降糖药的出库数据,计算出销售金额,年用药频度DDDs,日均费用DDC,序号比值。结果口服降糖药占年度总用药金额比例逐年增加,阿卡波糖连续3年销售金额位于第一。格列齐特,阿卡波糖,二甲双胍,格列美脲的DDDs 2006-2008年均列前四位,但各自的比重发生变化。3年的口服降糖药日均费用为5.26-4.26元,逐年下降。结论该院口服降糖药的使用基本合理。

Analysis on use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in a hospital from 2006 to 2008

Aim To investigate the clinical using of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the last 3 years,and to provide references for clinic to use medicines rationally.Methods The data of oral hypoglycemic drugs were collected out of the information management system in our hospital from 2006 to 2008.We calculated the value of the drugs,the defined daily dose DDDs,daily fee DDC.,ratio of serial number.Results The proportion of oral hypoglycemic drugs out of annual used drugs has been on the rise over the past 3 years.The value of purchased acarbose was at the top. The top four oral hypoglycemic drugs in respect of DDDs were gliclazide, acarbose, metformin, glimepiride from 2006 to 2008 ,but the proportion of these drugs changed. The daily fee of using oral hypoglycemic drugs was 5.26 - 4.26 yuan in the last 3 years,which decreased year by year. Conclusion The utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital was rational on the whole.
