广东省中学生吸烟饮酒与校园暴力关系

目的 了解广东省中学生吸烟、饮酒以及校园暴力情况，探讨吸烟、饮酒与校园暴力的关系。方法 采用三阶段分层整群抽样方法抽取广东省6座城市72所中学的20 718名中学生，使用青少年健康状况问卷进行匿名调查。结果 广东省中学生当前吸烟率为4.5%，当前饮酒率为20.5%，并存行为率为3.0%；暴力行为检出率为12.9%；暴力与当前吸烟（OR=2.320，95%CI=1.758~3.060）、当前饮酒（OR=1.919，95%CI=1.734~2.123）均有关联，吸烟、饮酒行为对中学生暴力行为的影响交互作用效应明显（P<0.05）。结论 广东省中学生中存在一定的吸烟、饮酒行为，且校园暴力与之相关。

Relationship between smoking,alcohol drinking and school bullying among middle school students in Guangdong province

Objective To examine prevalences of smoking, alcohol drinking and bullying among middle school students in Guangdong province and to explore the relationship between smoking, alcohol drinking and school bullying.Methods Random stratified cluster sampling was applied to select 20 718 middle school students in six cities in Guangdong province and an adolescent health knowledge questionnaire was used for an anonymous survey.Results The current smoking prevalence in the middle school students was 4.5%and the current alcohol drinking prevalence was 20.5%, with a coexistence prevalence rate for smoking and alcohol drinking of 3.0%.The detection rate of bullying was 12.9%.School bullying was significantly associated with smoking and the interaction between smoking and alcohol drinking on school bullying was significant.Conclusion The smoking and alcohol drinking behavior are not rare among middle school students in Guangdong provine and significantly associate with the incidence of school bullying.
