过量功能饮料对儿童青少年心血管、神经系统影响

随着年龄的增长, 儿童青少年饮用功能饮料比例逐渐增加, 过量摄入功能饮料对儿童青少年心血管(升高血压和降低心率, 导致心律失常, 导致心肌缺血)和神经系统(焦虑抑郁, 睡眠障碍)产生影响。功能饮料的潜在危险, 特别是对儿童青少年的危害, 在中国未引起足够的重视, 本文从功能饮料的特点、对青少年心血管和神经系统的影响做一系统综述, 以期提高公众对其认识, 合理饮用功能饮料, 更好地保护中国儿童青少年的健康。

Advances in researches on excessive consumption of energy drinks in children and adolescents:implications for cardiovascular system and neurological system

The proportion of children and adolescents drinking functional beverages increases with the increment of their age.Excessive intake of energy drinks in children and adolescents has effects on cardiovascular system(elevated blood pressure and heart rate reduction,arrhythmia,myocardial ischemia and neurological system(anxiety and depression,sleep disorders).The potential adverse effects of functional beverage,especially in children and adolescents,have not been paid enough attention in China.In this article,we review the effects of function beverage on cardiovascular and nervous systems in young people systematically in order to raise public awareness for rational consumption of energy drinks to protect the health of children and adolescents in China.
