艾滋病免疫抗病毒治疗患者基本情况分析

目的 了解黑龙江省哈尔滨市南岗区启动艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗以来入组患者基本信息,为改进艾滋病患者相关干预、监测、管理工作提供参考。方法 2013年10月采用调查研究,收集和整理哈尔滨市南岗区接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗490例患者信息,使用SPSS 17.0统计软件,分析患者治疗数据流行病学特征,预计发展趋势。结果 调查对象男女比例高达14.31:1;治疗患者主要集中在21~50岁,占77.96%。性接触感染404人,占82.45%,其中同性性行为348例;男女在感染途径上差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);从2006年基线CD4⁺水平78个/μL上升到2013年的(234.59±146.98)个/μL,治疗后CD4⁺细胞计数提高(P<0.001)。结论 南岗区新增治疗人数逐年上升;抗病毒治疗能够有效提高患者免疫水平重塑患者免疫机能;对处于性活跃年龄段人群,尤其是同性恋人群为主要感染群体加强干预力度。

Epidemiologic characteristics of AIDS patients with HAART in Nangang district of Harbin city

Objective To describe epidemiologic characteristics of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients under highly active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART)in Nangang district of Harbin city,Heilongjiang province,and to provide evidences for effective intervention,surveillance and management on AIDS patients.Methods Data on demographic and clinical information of 490 AIDS patients with HAART in Nangang district of Harbin city were collected from March 18,2006 to September 23,2013 and analyzed with SPSS 17.0.Results The male to female ratio was as high as 14.31:1 among the patients and 77.96%of the patients were at the ages of 21-50 years.Of the patients,404(82.45%)were infected through sexual contact,including 348 homosexuals.There was a significant gender difference in the infection route among the patients(P<0.005).The base level of CD4⁺ count increased from 78/μL in 2006 to 234.59±146.98/μL in 2013,suggesting an obvious improvement in outcome of HAART(P<0.001).Conclusion The number of AIDS patients receiving treatment increased yearly in Nangang district of Harbin city.HAART can effectively enhance the immune function of AIDS patients.The intervention on AIDS related behaviors should be strengthened among the populations with active sexual activity,especially among homosexual population.
