护理人员对不同时间段护理查房的评价

目的调查并分析护理人员对不同时间段护理查房的评价,探寻最佳的护理查房时机。方法将我院内科每周进行1次的护理查房按照查房时间顺序分为3组,分别进行晨间（8：00-8：45）、上午（10：00-10：45）和下午（15：00-15：45）查房,每个内科护士参加各时间段护理查房的次数须≥2次。自行设计调查问卷,调查参加查房护士对不同时间段护理查房的评价。结果下午时间段查房较其他时间段查房更有利于护理工作的开展,最受护理人员青睐。结论下午时间段查房不仅能提高查房的实效性和护士查房参与率,而且有利于护士合理安排工作,避免忙闲不均现象的发生。

Assessment of Nursing Rounds at Different Time Periods for Nurses

Objective To analyze the assessment of nursing rounds at different time periods for the best time of nursing round.Methods According to the round sequence,the weekly nursing rounds in the department of internal medicine were randomized into the daystart round group（8：00-8：45）,AM round group（10：00-10：45） and PM round group（15：00-15：45） with 2 or more nursing rounds at different time periods in each group.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 64 nurses on the assessment of nursing rounds at different time periods.Results Compared with other nursing rounds,PM nursing round was more favorable and desirable for the nurses.Conclusion PM nursing round can not only improve the round effectiveness and mobilize the participation rate of nurses,but also help rationalize the work arrangement for nurses.
