| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿胆囊结石的病因、诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性总结1992年9月至2007年1月收治的19例小儿胆囊结石的临床资料。结果19例成功施行了腹腔镜胆囊切除术,无手术并发症发生。结论B超是诊断小儿胆囊结石的首选方法,诊断明确后应早期手术治疗,腹腔镜胆囊切除术是首选的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of cholelithasis in children.Methods The clinical data of 19 cases of cholelithasis in children between 1992.9-2007.1 were reviewed.Results 19 cases of cholelithasis in children underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy successfully,no surgical complications.Conclusion Cholelithasis in children should first be examined by B-ultrasound.Children should have early operation treatment after conirmative diagnosis of gallstone.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is... |
