喉癌的手术治疗

喉癌是人体常见恶性肿瘤之一,国内对本病的防治工作已取得很大成绩,但还存在一些问题有待改进。尽管大多数患者较早出现声嘶而求医,在确诊时往往都已为时很迟。目前,手术切除是治疗喉癌的主要手段,具有根治性强和疗程短的优点,但由于医生的看法和患者对丧失喉声的重重顾虑,以致从病理确诊到施行手术还要再耽误一段时间。本文回顾分析1969—1979年间处理58例喉癌的经验和教训,强调早期诊断和及时手术的意义,并应正确掌握适应证、注意正规的操作技术,以充分发挥手术疗法的优点,进一步提高疗效。

Surgical Treatment of Laryngeal Cancer (Abstr)

Laryngeal cancer is one of the commonest malignancies of human larynx. It's been well-accomplished in treating the disease but remains some problems to be improved. Although the majority of patients complain hoarsness early, it's still late in many cases when the exact diagnosis is made. Being radical and short-term, laryngectomy (either total or partial) has been the major me- ans to treat laryngeal cancers so far. However, owing to doctors' bias or pa- tients' hesitation about being lost vocal ability, it's usually delayed for ano- ther period of time from pathology confirmation till operation is done. Expe- riences in managing 58 cases of laryngeal cancer, during 1969-1979, were reviewed, Emphasis is laid on early diagnosis, controlling indication properly, timely operation and paying attention to standard technique, so as to elaborate the merit of surgery and enhance the result.
