万可松在全麻诱导气管插管中的应用

目的　评价万可松、琥珀酰胆碱作为气管插管用药的效果及优缺点。方法　 6 0例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级全麻手术患者随机分为 2组 ,Ⅰ组用万可松诱导插管 ,Ⅱ组用琥珀酰胆碱诱导插管 ,观察 2组插管时间、插管前及插管后 1、3、5min的血压、心率变化 ,评定 2组气管插管条件。结果　万可松气管插管时间稍长于琥珀酰胆碱 ,诱导插管后对心血管的影响明显低于琥珀酰胆碱 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对气管插管条件评定优良率与琥珀酰胆碱均为 10 0 % ,无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　万可松无琥珀酰胆碱的不良反应 ,可作为气管插管时的肌松用药 ,更适用于高血压、高颅内压、高眼压、高胃压和高血钾的患者诱导插管用药。

Application of Norcuron in Induced Intubation in General Anesthesia

Objective To compare the effect between norcuron and scoline and their advantages in intubation. Methods 60 cases of general anesthesia were divided into 2 groups according to ASA-I～II. Group I was induced by and Group II was induced by scoline. The intubation time, Bp, HR in 1, 3 and 5 min before and after intubation and to assess the condition of intubation. Results The intubation time of norcuron was longer than that in scoline and the affection was lower than of scoline (P<0.05). The condition assessment of two groups were same. Conclusion Norcuron might be better than scoline in side effect and could be muscular relaxing drug during intubation especially for hypertension, high cranial pressure, occular pressure and hyperpotassemia patient.
