| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清中葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶（G6PI）抗原检测在类风湿关节炎（RA）患者中的诊断意义。方法用ELLSA方法分别检测类风湿关节炎患者组、其它风湿病患者组和正常对照组血清和关节液中的G6PI抗原浓度。结果98例RA患者组血清G6PI抗原平均浓度高于其它结缔组织组和正常对照组,经单因素方差分析,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论G6PI抗原可能成为类风湿关节炎的一个新的诊断指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of glucose-6-phosphate isomerase（G6PI） in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods ELLSA was used to assay the concentration of glucose-6-phosphate isomerase in serum and synovial fluid of rheumatoid patients、other rheumatoic diseases and normal control.Results G6PI isomerase serum level in patients with RA was higher than other rheumatoic diseases and normal conrtols.the compared disparity had statistical significance（P﹤0.05）Conclusion The glucose-6-phosphate isomerase may be a new maker for diagnosing RA. |
