| 摘 要： | 目的分析老年下肢骨折患者的心理状态,探讨康复干预方法。方法将58例下肢骨折老年患者随机分为康复组(30例)与对照组(28例),对照组行骨折患者常规护理;康复组执行护理程序的4个步骤,即评估患者心理状态→制订康复计划→实施康复计划→评价康复效果。结果2组在并发症发生率、体重下降幅度、平均住院日进行比较,康复组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期实施有效的心理及肢体康复干预,能促进老年下肢骨折患者的早日康复。

Psychoanalysis and Rehabilitation Intervention in Senile Patients with Fractures of Lower Limbs |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze psychological status and investigate the method of rehabilitation intervention in patients with fractures of lower limbs. Methods Fifty-eight senile patients with fractures of lower limbs were divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group randomly. Routine nursing was carried out in the control group; four steps of nursing program were carried out in the rehabilitation group: that is to assess psychological status, to work out rehabilitation plan and put into effect, and in the end to evaluate results of rehabilitation. Results Complications, loss weight and average hospitalized days in rehabilitation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P< 0.05). Conclusions Early psychological and body rehabilitation intervention could help senile patients with fractures of lower limbs recover earlier. |
