| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对珠海地区2400例18~81岁健康成人的血清尿酸的检测,观察其平均水平,进而为建立珠海市健康成人血清尿酸的参考范围提供参考.方法 采用日立7170型全自动生化分析仪检测健康成人血清尿酸浓度,分析其与年龄、性别等因素的关系.结果 血清尿酸水平呈正态分布,男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 不同地区和人群测定结果可能会有差别,因此,建议实验室最好建立自己的血清尿酸参考范围.
