晋城市三河镇50岁以上人群盲及低视力流行病学调查

目的了解山西省晋城市三河镇50岁以上人群盲及低视力的患病情况。方法对该人群进行视力检查及免散瞳数码眼底照相。按照世界卫生组织视力损伤标准进行盲及低视力分级,并确定眼病病因。结果检录6997人中受检人数为6769人,应答率为96.7%,盲及低视力人数397例（5.86%）中,双眼盲86例（1.27%）、单眼盲79例（1.17%）、双眼低视力144例（2.13%）、单眼低视力88例（1.30%）。盲及低视力的患病率随年龄增长而增加;女性总患病率高于男性。其眼病中白内障居首位,其次为眼底病变、翼状胬肉、青光眼和角膜病变等。结论该地区防盲及改善低视力的工作重点是白内障,加强卫生宣传和基层眼病普查仍然是农村眼病防治的关键。

Ivestignation of Ophthalmopathy in Adults Aged Over 50 in Sanhe Town of Jincheng city

Objective This paper is to find out the prevalence of blindness and low vision in adults aged ≥50years in Sanhe town of Jincheng,Shanxi province.Methods Census,including vision examine and non-mydriatic digital fundus photography,was conducted in Sanhe town of Jincheng,in which all residents aged ≥50years were visited.Blindness and low vision were graded by World Health Organization（WHO） standards,and the main cause of blindness and low vision defined.Results Of 6967 enumerated subjects,6769 adults participated in the survey and response rate was 96.7%.The results show that the prevalence of bilateral blindness was 1.27%;the prevalence of single blindness was 1.17%;the prevalence of bilateral low vision was 2.13%;the prevalence of single low vision was 1.30%.The prevalence of blindness and low vision increased with age,and the prevalence rate of females more than males.Cataract was the leading cause of blindness and low vision,followed by fundus abnormalities,pterygium,glaucoma and corneal disease.Conclusions It can be concluded that cataract prevension is the key to prevent blindness and improve low vision in Sanhe town of Jincheng,as to strengthen the publicity and rural grassroot census is still the key prevention of eye disease in rural areas.
