| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹腔镜胃癌根治术早期肠内营养的护理措施。方法回顾性分析58例腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者早期行肠内营养的资料。结果 11例出现胃肠道常见并发症,其余均痊愈出院,术后平均住院日9.3d。结论加强患者心理护理及并发症的观察和护理,做好管道护理,严格配制和输入肠内营养液等,是腹腔镜胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养的有效护理措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing strategies for patients undergoing early enteral nutrition after laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer.Methods Retrospetive analysis was performed on data of fifty-eight patients undergoing early enteral nutrition after laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer.Results Common complications were observed in eleven patients while others were cured.The average stay in hospital after surgery was 9.3 days.Conclusion Effective nursing managements included psychological nursing,nursing care for complications and strict quality control of preparation and infusion of enteral nutrition. |
