摘 要: | 目的探讨瑞芬太尼预处理对全脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马神经元的影响及JNK(c-Jun氨基末端激酶)在其中的作用。方法采用同时阻断双侧颈总动脉法建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,采用HE法观察海马神经元形态变化,TUNEL法检测海马神经元,免疫印迹法(Western-blot)检测不同组中p-JNK表达变化。结果瑞芬太尼预处理可以减轻大鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤(CIRI)过程中海马神经元的凋亡,其机制可能与抑制JNK过度激活有关。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate Remifentanil preconditioning on cerebral ischemia of hippocampal neurons in rats and the role of JNK in which.Methods The global cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) was induced by bilateral common cephalic artery occlusion and maintained 5min.To observe the morphological changes of hippocampal neurons by HE.To examine the apoptotic pyramidal neuron by TUNEL test and the expression of p-JNK in different groups by immuno-blotting test.Results Remifentanil precongditioning lighten neurons apoptotic in CIRI,and the mechanism may be related to inhibition of excessive activation of JNK. |
