| 摘 要： | 目的:研究针灸加穴位注射维生素B6治疗乳腺癌化疗恶心、呕吐等副反应的疗效。方法:将90例原发性乳腺癌患者随机分成3组,化疗期间分别给予针灸加穴位注射维生素B6,针灸,维生素B6治疗,同时应用相同的止吐药物。比较各组患者研究期间的恶心、呕吐等化疗副反应时间及无上述化疗副反应时间。结果:针灸加穴位注射维生素B6组恶心、呕吐等不良反应时间明显缩短,无副反应时间明显较其他2组延长。结论:针灸加穴位注射维生素B6用于治疗乳腺癌化疗患者恶心、呕吐等副反应是很有效的。 |
