手足口病患儿体液免疫功能临床分析

目的研究不同病情手足口病患儿免疫球蛋白及补体水平变化,探讨其免疫功能改变及发病机制。方法收集手足口病患儿40例,根据病情分为普通组20例、重症组20例,另选取健康同龄儿童8例作为对照组,用免疫比浊法分别检测免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA及补体C3、C4水平。结果与对照组相比,重症手足口病患儿IgM、IgG、IgA水平较正常对照组显著下降（P〈0.01）,但补体C3、C4水平无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论手足口病患儿感染病毒后,体液免疫功能受到影响,导致血清免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA降低,但对补体C3、C4影响不大。

Clinical significance of humoral immune function in children patients with hand, foot and mouth disease

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the lever of immunoglobulin and complement in different conditions of children with hand, foot and mouth disease（HFMD）. Methods 40 cases of children with HFMD were divided into mild group and severe group under the condition, 10 cases of healthy children was taken as control group at the same period. The IgM, IgG, IgA and C3, C4 were tested by the immunoturbidimetric assay which in serum. Results Compared with those of normal controls, serum levels of IgM、IgG、IgA were obvious1y reduced than those of normal controls（P0.01）. There was no significant difference in serum level of C3, C4 between children with HFMD and controls（P0.05）. Conclusion The flunetion of humoral immunity was changed after children infected with HFMD viruses, and serum leveIs of IgM, IgG, IgA were decreased. There were no influence on serum level of C3, C4.
