单位复苏液体量早期判断创伤与失血性休克预后的临床研究

目的:对34例创伤与失血性休克病例进行分析,寻找能有效判断预后的临床观察指标。方法:总结我院2005年～2008年急诊抢救创伤与失血性休克病例34例,以单位复苏液体量作为评价指标,对抢救成功组与失败组进行分析。结果:抢救成功组单位复苏液体量为345.28±156.37ml,死亡率为0%;失败组单位复苏液体量为602.5±426ml,死亡率为50%;2组之间有显著性差异。结论:单位复苏液体量可以作为早期判断失血性与创伤性休克预后判断的临床观察指标,具有实际意义。

Unit Volume of Fluid Resuscitation and Early Prediction of Traumatic Hemorrhagic Shock Prognosis

Objective:34 cases of trauma and hemorrhagic shock cases analysis were looking for an effective prognostic indicator of clinical observation.Methods:Our hospital in 2005～2008 emergency trauma patients with hemorrhagic shock in 34 cases,the recovery of 1iquid per unit volume as the evaluation of the success or failure of the rescue group for analysis.Results:Rescue success group unit of 1iquid capacity of recovery 345.28+156.37ml.mortality was 0%;failure group unit of 1iquid capacity of recovery of 602.5+426 ml,mortality was 50%;two groups was significant difference.Conclusion:Unit volume of fluid recovery in the early to judge as traumatic hemorrhagic shock and prognostic indicators of clinical observation has praptical significance.
