摘 要: | Objective To seek a new method for preservation of hepatocytes. Methods Sandwich configuration was used to preserve hepatocytes under 4℃ and the effect of hypothermia on both morphology and function of the cells was studied using a single collagen configuration as a control. Results Hepatocytes preserved in a sandwich configuration were superior to those cultured in a single collagen configuration in morphology and function. Conclusion Hepatocytes cultured in a sandwich configuration are more resistant to hypothermic damage and can play an important role in bio-artifical liver and cell transplantation. 9 refs,2 tabs.
