| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性重症毒鼠强中毒后多脏器功能障碍(multipleorgandysfunctionsysdrome,MODS)的预防和治疗。方法:对我科2002年9月14日收治的急性重症毒鼠强中毒后MODS的24例患者进行回顾性分析。结果:24例患者中11例死亡,13例存活。结论:急性重症毒鼠强中毒后MODS,预后差,死亡率高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the prevention and treatment of patients with multiple organ dysfunction sysdrome (MODS) complicated to acute severe tetramine poisoning. Methods: Retrospectively reviewed the clinical manifestations and treatments of the 24 patients with MODS complicated to acute severe tetramine poisoning. Results: 11 patients died and 13 patients survived within 24 patients with MODS. Conclusion: The prognosis of patients with MODS complicated to acute severe tetramine poisoning is poor and the mortality is high. |
