| 摘 要： | 目的研究内皮型一氧化氮合酶（eNOS）基因多态性与2型糖尿病肾病（DN）的关系。方法选择207例（其中69例2型糖尿病肾病患者,75例2型糖尿病无肾病患者,63例正常健康对照者）为观察对象,从全血中提取DNA,进行聚合酶链式反应（PCR）并结合电泳分离技术检测eNOS基因4b/4a的多态性。结果 2型糖尿病肾病组a等位基因频率明显高于无肾病的2型糖尿病组和正常健康对照组（分别为χ2=8.2439,P〈0.0167;χ2=7.6537,P〈0.0167）。结论携带a等位基因的2型糖尿病患者比携带b等位基因更易罹患肾病,a等位基因可能是2型糖尿病肾病的一个独立危险因素。
