中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值及嗜酸性粒细胞对过敏性紫癜肾炎的预测价值

摘    要:目的探讨过敏性紫癜患儿外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值及嗜酸粒细胞对过敏性紫癜肾炎发生的预测价值,提高对可能发生不良并发症患儿的检出率,以便医务人员采取积极措施,降低患儿紫癜性肾炎的发生率。方法检测患儿入院时血清中性粒细胞,淋巴细胞,嗜酸粒细胞绝对值,并计算中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值。结果过敏性紫癜肾炎组中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值(2.38±0.13)高于无肾损害组(1.80±0.15),紫癜肾炎组嗜酸粒细胞(0.35±0.66)较无肾损害组(0.07±0.07)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值(N/L),嗜酸粒细胞对于过敏性紫癜肾炎有一定的预测价值。且比值越大紫癜性肾炎发生的可能性越大。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prognostic significance of the peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,and eosinophilic in the occurrence of allergic purpura nephritis of children.Methods To detect the serum of the children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura at the admission,and calculate the N/L.Result Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis group of the neutrophils to lymphocytes ratio(2.38±0.13) than those without renal impairment group(1.80±0.15),purpura nephritis group of eosinophils(0.35±0.66) than those without renal impairment group(0.07±0.07) was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion Neutrophils to lymphocytes ratio(N/L),eosinophils have a certain predictive value for allergic purpura nephritis.
