| 摘 要： | 目的了解精神分裂症门诊患者家属病耻感及相关因素,为进一步开展家庭护理提供帮助。方法采用家庭病耻感问卷对386例门诊精神分裂症患者的家属进行调查分析。结果精神分裂症患者家属存在有不同程度的病耻感,隐瞒病情的家属占88.9%,受到社会排斥的占45.08%,受教育程度高的患者家属更易产生病耻感。结论提高家属对精神病疾病的认知水平,克服病耻感,纠正消极行为,才能帮助患者保持良好人际交往,促进患者早日康复。
