| 摘 要： | 目的探讨再普乐治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法对64例大样本再普乐开放性观察性临床试验的数据进行汇总。四项研究使用再普乐的剂量为5-30mg/d,疗程为6周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）以及简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）评定疗效;采用副反应量表（TESS）和Simpson-Angus量表评定不良反应。结果 64例患者中,有36例符合痊愈的标准,20例显著进步,6例进步,2例无变化。结论再普乐治疗精神分裂症疗效良好,发生锥体外系副作用少,提倡临床使用再普乐治疗精神分裂症。
