| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆EBV DNA定量检测在鼻咽癌的诊断及监测鼻咽癌患者复发和转移中的临床意义价值。方法收集2009年1月-2010年12月在我院初诊为鼻咽癌的患者,应用荧光定量PCR方法检测血浆EBV DNA含量,比较治疗前后及缓解组和治疗前组、治后复发或转移组血浆EBV DNA含量的差异。结果治疗前组患者血浆EBV DNA阳性率94.73%,中位拷贝数4.13×105拷贝/ml;治疗后缓解组阳性率16.53%,中位拷贝数0拷贝/ml;治疗后复发或转移组阳性率93.90%,中位拷贝数6.17×105拷贝/ml。提示治疗前组与治疗后缓解组、治疗后缓解组相与治疗后复发或转移组比较,均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论血浆EBV DNA定量检测可作为鼻咽癌的诊断方法之一,亦可作为监测鼻咽癌患者治疗后复或转移的标
