| 摘 要： | 目的总结靶向治疗患者留置PICC管期间皮肤护理体会与护理经验。方法对5例靶向治疗患者发生皮肤不良反应时,采取局部皮肤对症治疗,从治疗护理要点进行总结。结果 5例患者皮疹消退,PICC管能正常使用。结论靶向治疗患者同时留置PICC管,当发生皮肤不良反应时,根据不同时期对皮肤采取有效的对症治疗和护理,可使皮疹治愈并保证PICC管的正常使用。
