摘    要:目的观察腹腔镜妇科手术中CO2气腹对患者呼吸、循环功能的影响。方法对84例行腹腔镜妇科择期手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。观察麻醉前、气腹前,气腹后15min、放气后平均动脉压(MAP)、HR、SpO2、呼气末二氧化碳(PETCO2)和气道压(Paw)的变化。结果与气腹前相比,气腹后15minMAP增高,HR增快,Paw、PETCO2明显上升,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论腹腔镜进行妇科手术时,CO2气腹可对呼吸、循环功能造成一定的影响。控制气腹压力,尽量缩短手术时间,可以减少CO2气腹对呼吸、循环功能的影响。
