| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PTEN和Ki-67在胆囊良恶性肿瘤中的表达及其意义。方法采用SP免疫组化法对41例原发性胆囊癌和14例胆囊炎、11例胆囊腺癌组织蜡块切片进行染色,检测PTEN和Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果胆囊癌与胆囊炎和胆囊腺瘤组织中PTEN和Ki-67蛋白阳性表达率有明显差异（P〈0.01）。胆囊癌中PTEN呈明显低表达,而Ki-67呈明显高表达。PTEN和Ki-67在性别和年龄上无明显差异（P〉0.05）。PTEN和Ki-67在组织分化和Nevin分期上有明显差异（P〈0.05）,PTEN随着组织分化降低和Nevin分期升高表达明显降低（P〈0.05）,Ki-67则明显升高（P〈0.05）。PTEN和Ki-67在胆囊癌中的表达呈明显负相关（rs=-0.744,P〈0.01）。结论胆囊癌的进展过程中PTEN的低表达与Ki-67的高表达起重要作用。
