| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术前应用西地那非对先天性心脏病并肺动脉高压患者降低肺循环阻力、提高手术耐受性的意义。方法本组23例患者术前给予西地那非口服,1mg/kg,2次/d,连续服用7-15d。对比用药前后肺动脉压力改变情况、术前于术后肺动脉压力改变情况、术后1月于用药前肺动脉压力改变情况是否具有统计学意义。结果用药后肺动脉压力明显下降;术后较术前肺动脉压力明显减轻;患者术后生活质量明显改善。结论西地那非能明显降低肺动脉压力,提高手术耐受性,改善术后生活质量。
