| 摘 要： | 目的探讨畸胎妊娠引产患者的心理特点及疏导干预方法。方法调查了解85例畸胎妊娠引产患者的心理问题,并采取相应的疏导干预。结果 85例患者出现了悲伤、抑郁、失望、怀疑、紧张、恐惧、自卑、自责等心理问题,经积极的心理疏导干预后均得到缓解康复,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。85例引产患者均顺利分娩。结论畸胎妊娠患者大多存在严重的心理障碍,应引起高度重视。心理疏导干预对其心理康复具有积极作用。
