| 摘 要： | 脂肪干细胞是一类存在于脂肪组织中,能够自我更新、具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,在一定的条件下可以分化成许多有特定功能的细胞系,具有一般干细胞的特点,可作为多种组织工程的种子细胞。本文主要介绍脂肪干细胞的生物学特性以及在骨组织工程领域中的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Adipose-derived Stem Cells(ADSCs) are adult stem cells,which exist in adipose tissue,have the ability to self-renew and differentiate into many types of tissues.They have the general characteristics of stem cells and can be used as seed cells in tissue engineering.This paper mainly introduces the biological characteristics and the study development of ADSCs in the bone tissue engineering. |
