| 摘 要： | 目的观察分析真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床特征和鼻内镜手术治疗效果。方法对2005年-2010年172例住院行鼻内镜手术治疗的真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 172例手术后随访1到6年,15例失随访,5例1年后复发再次手术治愈,其余均一次手术治愈,无严重并发症发生。结论真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎发病以中年女性痰中带血为主诉多见,应与鼻咽癌、鼻腔恶性肿瘤进行鉴别诊断。CT扫描发现鼻窦钙化点团块状阴影有助于诊断。鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎是有效方法。
