| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对两例偏侧舞蹈样发作形式的Limb-shaking综合征(LSS)的分析,探讨其临床特点,以提高对本病的认识。方法:回顾性总结我科2009年1-7月诊断的2例LSS患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行分析探讨。结果:2例患者均以偏侧肢体的发作性舞蹈样动作为首发症状,通过颈动脉彩超、脑MRI及全脑血管造影检查确诊,通过抗凝、抗血小板、血管介入治疗有效。结论:对于表现为偏侧舞蹈样动作的患者一定要尽早进行颅内血管学的筛查,以降低误诊、漏诊率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of two cases of limb-shaking syndrome (LSS) with hemichorea. Methods:The clinical data of two cases of LSS with hemichorea were analyzed,and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results:With the hemi-dance-like movements as the first symptom,the two LSS patients were diagnozed through carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound,brain MRI,and cerebral angiography,and both cases relieved in symptoms through blood vessel reconstruction,anti-platelet and anticoagulant therapy. Conclusion:To reduce the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate,intracranial vascular screening for the patients with performance of the hemi-dance-like movements should be performed as soon as possible. |
