| 摘 要： | 目的探讨激励式心理护理在儿科患儿中的疗效。方法将180例5-12岁的儿童随机分为两组。激励组90例采用激励式心理护理,对照组90例采用普通医疗护理。结果激励组有73例积极遵守医院的各项规章制度、自愿接受各种检查、打针、吃药,按医嘱休息、活动、摄入合理饮食。对照组有52例积极参与,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论激励式心理护理为住院儿童提供了一个亲切的医疗环境,使其情绪得到支持,有助于提高儿童的遵医行为,缩短病程。
