| 摘 要： | 目的观察丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择发病48h以内入院的脑梗死患者68例,随机分为丁苯酞奉组（36例）及常规治疗组（32例）。常规治疗组给予血塞通、阿司匹林,丁苯酞组在常规治疗基础上给予丁苯酞0.2g tid,4次/d,共14d。两组在治疗前后进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分（NIHSS）、日常生活能力（ADL）评分判断其疗效并观察其不良反应。结果治疗后丁苯酞组NIHSS、ADL评分明显优于常规治疗组（P〈0.05）,丁苯酞组临床有效率及显效率均显著高于常规治疗组（P〈0.05）。丁苯酞组无明显不良反应。结论丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
