| 摘 要： | 目的探讨过敏性鼻炎患者吸入物sIgE及食物sIgG检测的临床意义。方法采集过敏性鼻炎患者静脉血,分离血清,ELISA法检测吸入物sIgE和食物sIgG。结果 116例过敏性鼻炎患者吸入物sIgE过敏原总阳性率43.90%,其中各指标阳性率由高到底依次为：尘螨/粉螨36.21%,屋尘12.93%,猫/狗毛皮屑9.48%,普通豚草/蒿属植物8.62%,点青霉/交链孢霉/黑根霉5.17%,蟑螂/蚊子4.31%,白桦/榆树/梧桐/桉树/桑树2.59%;食入物sIgG总阳性率82.93%,其中各指标阳性率由高到低依次为：蛋清/蛋黄60.34%,牛奶59.48%,鱼29.31%,虾12.07%,花生11.21%,牛肉5.17%,大豆4.31%。结论连云港地区过敏性鼻炎患者吸入物过敏原以尘螨/粉螨、屋尘、猫/狗毛皮屑为主,过敏性鼻炎患者存在食物不耐受现象,可能参与了过敏性鼻炎的发病机制。
