| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用价值,提高护理质量。方法将122例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者按入院先后顺序随机分为普通护理组（对照组,n=61）和临床护理路径护理组（实验组,n=61）。比较两组患者术后胃肠功能的恢复时间、平均住院天数、平均医疗费用、对相关疾病知识掌握程度及满意度。结果两组患者均痊愈出院。实验组住院天数、肛门排气时间、住院费用均低于对照组;相关疾病知识掌握程和满意度等则明显高于对照组。两组比较,P〈0.05,有统计学差异。结论临床护理路径可以提供护理质量,降低医疗费用,提高患者满意度。
