| 摘 要： | 目的探索彩超诊断肋骨转移癌的可行性及声像图特点。方法采用病变单侧相邻肋骨及双侧肋骨声像图对比的方法，结合CT及ECT对比观察。结果总结归纳出早期肋骨转移癌的彩超二维声像图及血流特点。结论彩超诊断肋骨转移癌有一定的特征性，为肋骨转移癌的早期发现，早期诊断、早期治疗提供了依据、赢得了时间，提高了肋骨转移癌患者的生存质量。
