| 摘 要： | 目的通过对0-7岁儿童进行气质量表测试,成功早期发现孤独症儿童,对孤独症儿童早期诊断治疗提供了宝贵时间,使孤独症儿童能够较好的融入主流社会,有效减少了孤独症儿童对家庭及社会的负担。方法首先对52名0-7岁孤独症儿童进行气质量表测试,发现其在活动量、适应性、坚持度、反应阈四个因子方面存在明显异常,之后对来本院就诊232名7岁以下儿童进行气质量表测试,最后经由专科医生确诊评定效果。结论成功早期发现了孤独症患儿。且该操作简单易行,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective By temperament of children aged 0-7 scale test,the success of early detection of children with autism.Methods The first,52 children 0-7 years old autistic temperament scale test found in activity level,adaptability,insist degree,the reaction threshold four factors are obvious exceptions.The second,after 7 years of age 232 children temperament scale are tested in our hospital,and finally confirmed by a specialist assessment results.Conclusion The success of early detection of autism in children. |
