| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钼靶X线钩丝定位下乳腺病变活检对临床手术的指导作用。方法采用美国GE senographe 2000D乳腺钼靶机及数字化二维定位穿刺系统,对35例乳腺病变进行乳腺钩丝定位,在局麻下进行病灶切除。结果 30例中29例定位满意,1例定位偏离。定位率96.6%,其中恶性病变9例,良性病变21例。乳腺癌检出率30%。结论乳腺术前钩丝定位是一种简单而有效的方法,并可指导临床外科医生准确切取病变。
