| 摘 要： | 目的评价非创伤性充填技术（ART）治疗儿童乳磨牙龋病的临床疗效。方法选取178名4-6岁儿童,累计患龋病的乳磨牙共310颗,试验组采用ART方法完成对152颗患牙的窝洞制备;对照组对象使用高速旋转器械完成对158颗患牙的窝洞制备,充填材料均采用Ketac-molar玻璃离子。对比观察两组充填后半年、1年、2年的疗效。结果试验组与对照组充填治疗后各时间段疗效差异均无统计学意义。结论 ART方法能够代替传统方法治疗儿童乳磨牙龋病。
