| 摘 要： | 目的观察针推并用治疗原发性面肌痉挛的疗效。方法将132例原发性面肌痉挛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各66例，观察组采用针刺加推拿治疗，对照组口服卡马西平加维生素治疗。治疗3个疗程后，观察2组病例临床疗效及治疗前后痉挛分级改变。结果观察组的疗效明显优于对照组，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论针推并用治疗原发性面肌痉挛疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Acupuncture with Massage for Primary hemifacial sPasm.Methods One hundred and thirty-two cases were randomly divided into two groups.The Observation group was treated with Acupuncture and Massage and the control group with Carbamazepine oral and Vit.After treatment with 3 courses,the therapeutic effects and the spastic class changes were compared.Result The efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group obviously,and there was significant difference ... |
