| 摘 要： | 目的观察冠心病患者外周血白细胞端粒长度的变化及意义。方法经冠脉造影确诊和排除冠心病患者,根据年龄进行配对,用实时荧光定量PCR测定外周血白细胞端粒长度。结果病例组相对端粒长度为4.802862±3.699869,对照组相对端粒长度为6.298508±4.440870。结论冠心病组端粒长度较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the alteration of telomere length of the peripheral white blood cells in patients with coronary artery disease（CAD） and explore its significance.Methods Through coronary artery angiography,patients were divided into two groups（with CAD or not）,then matched them according to their ages,measured the T/S ratio by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results The T/S ratio of CAD was 4.802862±3.699869 and the normal subjects was 6.298508±4.440870.Conclusion The T/S ratio in the peripheral white blood cells of patients with（coronary artery disease CAD was obviously lower than that of the normal subjects（P〈0.05）. |
