| 摘 要： | 目的对肺间质纤维化患者的CT检查表现特征与肺功能检查结果的相关性进行研究。方法对31例肺间质纤维化病人进行高分辨CT检查和肺功能测定，并对CT图像的纤维化程度及特征袁现进行评分统计，与肺功能结果进行相关性分析。结果FVC、FEV1、DLco与CT评分存在负相关性。结论肺间质纤维化的CT表现特征与肺功能具有相关性，CT能够反映肺间质纤维化的肺损伤程度。

| Abstract: | Objectlve To study the correlation between CT signs and pulmonary function tests in pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods 31 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis underwent CT and pulmonary function tests.A scoring system was adopted to evaluate the CT findings,the correlation between CT findings and pulmonary function test was evaluated.Results The results showed that FVC,FEV1,DLco was negatively correlated with CT scores.Conclusion The CT signs was correlated pulmonary function tests in pulmonar... |
