| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨个性化心理干预对白内障患者术前焦虑程度的影响。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组(接受术前访视+个性化心理干预)和对照组(接受术前访视),比较两组患者的焦虑程度及对手术室的满意程度。结果:观察组焦虑程度显著低于对照组,对手术室的满意度高于对照组。结论:术前访视+个性化心理干预能有效降低患者术前焦虑程度,提高患者对手术室的满意程度。

| Abstract: | Objective： Discuss individual psychological intervention for cataract patients preoperative anxiety degree of influence. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group （accept preoperative visit ＋ individual psychological intervention） and control group （accept preoperative visit）. Comparison was made between the two groups the level of anxiety in the patients and the satisfaction degree of the operation. Results： The observation group anxiety level significantly lower than those of the control group, For the operation satisfaction higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： Preoperative visit ＋ individual psychological intervention can effectively reduce patients preoperative anxiety level, and improve patient satisfaction to the operating room. |
