| 摘 要： | 血液系统恶性肿瘤患者多种血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）含量升高，其含量变化与预后相关，VEGF是参与血管形成的主要细胞因子，并与内皮细胞的多种功能相关，现综述VEGF在白血病中的作用，并探讨VEGF家族成员之一的胎盘生长因子在慢性粒细胞白血病发病中作用的最新研究进展。

| Abstract: | The levels of multiple vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with hematological malignancies are up-regulated, which associate with disease outcome. VEGF is a major cytokine involved in angiogenesis, and has been related to a variety of functions of endothelial cells. This paper reviews the role of VEGF in leukemia, and discusses the latest development of placenta growth factor in chronic myeloid leukemia. |
