两种糊剂用于一次性根管治疗术的临床疗效观察

目的:比较两种根管充填糊剂在一次性根管治疗术中的临床疗效。方法:366颗符合一次性根管治疗术适应证的患牙随机分为两组;分别采用Cortisomol糊剂和AH-Plus糊剂进行根管充填,比较两组疗效。结果:根管充填1周后复诊,术后疼痛发生率实验组为15%,对照组49%。1年后根管治疗术成功率实验组95%,对照组94%。结论:Cotisomol糊剂与AH-Plus糊剂比较,前者的术后疼痛反应小于后者;而两者的根管治疗术成功率无显著性差异。

Clinical observation of the of two sealers in root canal therapy

Objective：Compare two sealers in root canal therapy clinical e~cacy.Methods： 366 matching root canal therapy adaptation levy teeth were randomly divided into two groups;Sealers Cortisomol sealer and AH-Plus sealers control group were used for root canal obturation, compare their efficacy.Resuhs： the experimental group of the referral, the incidence of post-operative pain after root canal obturation one week for 15%, 49% of the control group. 1 year after root canal therapy success rate of 95% of the experimental group, 94% of the control group.Conclusion： Compared with AH-Plus sealers, postoperative pain reaction of the Cotisomol sealers is smaller; no significant differ- ence was found in root canal therapy success rate.
