摘 要: | 目的测定香鳞毛蕨提取液对红色毛癣菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),探讨香鳞毛蕨对红色毛癣菌的抑制机制。方法采用培养基药物浓度稀释法对红色毛癣菌进行抑制性实验,并用透射电镜观察药物作用后红色毛癣菌的微观结构变化。结果香鳞毛蕨对红色毛癣菌有明显的抑制作用,抑菌效果与浓度相关,生药的MIC值为0.25 g.mL-1;透射电镜观察发现药物能够改变红色毛癣菌菌体形态,细胞质聚集明显,细胞壁模糊且部分缺失,菌体的膜性系统发生破坏。结论香鳞毛蕨对红色毛癣菌具有较强的抑制作用,其主要作用机理与破坏菌体的细胞壁结构相关。

Abstract: | Objective To determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Dryopteris fragrans extract on Trichophyton rubrum, and to explore the mechanism of its inhibitory effect. Methods We used the broth microdilution method to do the inhibitory experiment on Trichophyton rubrum and observed the uhrastructural changes of Trichophyton rubrum after testing by the transmission electron micro- scope. Results It was obvious that Dryopteris fragrans extract could inhibit Trichophyton rubrum' s growth. The inhibition effect was re- lated with the concentration of Dryopteris fragrans extract. The MIC of Dryopteris fragrans to Trichophyton rubrum was 0.25 g ~ mL-I. The transmission electron microscope showed great changes in Trichophyton rubrum thallus, the cytoplasm gathering obviously, the cell wall blurry and defective in part. As a result,the cell membrance system was destroyed. Conclusion Dryopteris fra~ans extract can in- hibit trichophyton rubrum' s growth,and its inhibitory machinism is destroying the cell wall. |
