摘    要:目的考察吴茱萸药材在霉变前后的质量变化,为科研和生产提供有效的依据。方法用薄层色谱法对霉变前后的吴茱萸药材进行薄层鉴别,采用紫外分光光度法,测定吴茱萸总生物碱的含量变化。结果薄层色谱中,吴茱萸无霉变药材的吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的斑点大小比霉变后的药材要大;含量测定中,吴茱萸总生物碱的含量霉变后比霉变前显著降低。结论霉变对吴茱萸药材质量有很大的影响。

Quality change of Evodia herbs before and after mildew

Abstract:Objective To investigate the quality change of Evodia herbs before and after mildew, and to provide a valid basis for scientific research and production. Methods Evodia herbs were distinguished by thin layer chromatography before and after mildew. The content of Evodia total alkaloid was detected by UV spectrophotometry. Results The sample spots of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Evodia herbs before mildew were bigger than those in Evodia herbs after mildew. The content of Evodia total alkaloid in herbs before mildew was significantly higher than the moldy. Conclusion The factor of mildew has great impact on the quality of Evodia herbs.
