冷侧方加压法与热牙胶充填法对隐裂牙伴牙髓炎的临床效果比较

目的比较冷侧方加压法(CLC)与热牙胶充填法(WVC)在隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者一次性根管治疗中的应用效果。方法将88例隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者随机分为两组,A组42例采用CLC进行根管填充;B组46例采用WVC进行根管填充,观察两组治疗效果。结果 B组根管填充时间为(4.2±0.7)min,短于A组的(5.3±0.8)min(P0.01);B组治疗成功率为93.48%,高于A组的76.19%(P0.05);B组根管恰填率为91.30%,高于A组的73.81%(P0.05)。结论对隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者进行根管治疗时,采用WVC填充可有效缩短填充时间,提高根管治疗成功率。

Comparision of clinical effects between cold lateral condensation and warm vertical condensation in the treatment of cracked teeth with pulpitis

Objective To compare the clinical effects between cold lateral condensation and warm vertical condensation in the root canal treatment of cracked teeth with pulpitis. Methods 88 cases of cracked teeth with pulpitis patients were randomly assigned into two groups,42 cases in group A used CLC for root canal filling,while 46 cases in group B used WVC for root canal filling. Treatment effect were observed. Results Root canal filling time of group B was（2.7 -＋0.7）min,shorter than group A（5.3 ＋0.8）min（P 〈0.05） ;treat- ment success rate of group B was 93.48%, higher than group A 76.19% （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; root canal fill rate of group B was 91.30% , higher than group A 73.81% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In the root canal treatment of cracked teeth with pulpitis patients, use of WVC for filling can effectively shorten the filling time and improve the success rate of root canal treatment.
